Sorry, I don't have Facebook so I post here.
We moved to Brentwood (~7-8 blocks north of Koenig) in 2012. Up until about 1 -1.5 years ago planes flew right over us. Now they seem to come in further north, maybe over 183. I realize approaches may change with time of year or something but what could have changed? Wider berth around downtown, the Google/Apple/Amazon plex around the Domain?
I'm not complaining, it is a lot quieter.

On our last flight out/home, our planes were on the east runway rather than the west. That was the first time that I can recall being on that runway since ABIA opened. Maybe that has something to do with it.

I don't know of any changes for a fact, but there is a decent amount of paving work happening at ABIA included in the Billion+ they are spending to upgrade ABIA.

You know, since you mentioned it, I don't think I've noticed any flying directly over our house recently.

Still here them relatively close, but not like they used to be.
