Howdy y'all,

My girlfriend and I are looking for somewhere to attend church as the title would suggest, north Austin is the launch pad but were willing to drive a distance to find the right church family. Even as far as Liberty Hill or Burnet if that's what's good for us.

Central Austin isn't doing it for us. Any and all suggestions welcome. Thanks.

We are shifting into a summer schedule, so the senior pastor won't be preaching again until August, but the July guest pastor series looks to be interesting.

I can't speak from personal knowledge as I am a Catholic who attends a Methodist Church (with my Church of Christ wife) but we have a few friends that attend First Baptist Georgetown and really like it.

I have never attended this church, however it is in your area and I have heard good things about the church. Lots of great activities in the building.

Great Hills is a good one.

We attended Central Baptist in Round Rock. Solid biblical pastor. Lots of activities to get involved in. I'd recommend it.

My family goes to New Hope First Baptist in Cedar Park. We love it, have been going there 15 years as a family, my wife has been there since she was in middle school.

Park Hills Baptist is at Mopac and Bee Caves in a nice building. Very similar to High Pointe but smaller, if you're into that.

Not baptist but Hill Country Bible Church is all around Austin and Leander/Pflugerville I believe.

Great for family's especially if you have kids.

First Baptist Church of Burnet. Great small town church. Also is home to Main Street Bethlehem.
