Front Desk Receptionist/Office Assistant


About Us:
Don Quick and Associates, Inc. is a commercial real estate and marketing company established in 1970 in Round Rock, Texas. We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist for its Round Rock office. This is an entry level position with a great opportunity to begin working with a well-established, ever-evolving company that serves the greater Austin and surrounding areas.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Arrives on time each day to make sure the office is ready to accept visitors upon opening for business and secures office in the evening upon closing.
- Greeting visitors and referring inquiries and/or concerns to the appropriate department(s).
- Fields all incoming calls from main phone line; transfers callers to the appropriate party or department.
- Fields incoming and outgoing mail, shipments, messengers and deliveries.
- Assists in coordinating weekly sales meetings.
- Maintains a clean, organized, and well-supplied office and work space.
- Assists office staff and agents as needed.
- Reports to the Office Manager.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Articulate and well spoken ; bilingual a plus
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of professionalism and organization
- Minimum 1 year administrative/front desk/face-to-face customer service experience is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: Starting at $13-$15 / hour + Incentives. Depending upon experience this can be negotiated
