I work in this area.

I really like the Domain area, but it's soooooo freaking crowded, and continues to get more so.

Can't imagine how long it will take to get home when the Austin FC are playing in a couple years.

Anyone have a building they want to sell me further north?

The increase is nice. But unless you're moving somewhere outside the area that's less expensive, the property value increase just means higher taxes.

True, but i can always move somewhere cheaper, especially if we can get the values in my area to double.

Agreed, If you have to stay in the Austin area it is just a tax increase.
