Any posters live out on Hamilton pool road between 71 and 12? I'm curious about the area.

If you live out there what do you like and what do you not like?

What's traffic like into those neighborhoods? I work in west lake area off 360 so I'm not thinking commute would be terrible. Not looking at anything particular. Just curious about the area.

Up and down Hamilton Pool is annoying due to capacity vs volume. Got a few good places to eat and have craft brew down in there. Overall it's a countrified suburb. I happen to like it over other options.
