I need some boots worked on. I live in Pflugerville and work in North Austin.

I've had boots resoled at austin shoe hospital. They came out fine, but they were old boots that didnt need anything special.

Any recommendations for south of the river? I actually have a pair that I need to take someplace.

I second this. Originally quoted a long lead for the repair and called me a week later to pick them up. Just make sure you tell him what you want, not the young guy working for him. Great work.

I don't have anything to help, but I'm always excited to see another Pflugervillian on this board! Only know of about four of us so far.

+1 Abraham has rebuilt boots for me too. He's a great guy.

Pro-tip - take some others in while you are there, to have the younger guy give ya a shoe shine. Also, if you are on a tight schedule, do not, under any circumstances, mention fishing on the Texas coast, to Abraham.

I think I lost an hour on each side of my dropoff and pickup to swapping fishing stories. I guess it was time well spent anyway!!!

Abraham's is great,. I have had several of my boots resoled and worked on. He does outstanding work. He will talk your ear off if you get him going though.
