Looking to do a lunch or dinner, preferably the former, event for 50-60 people. We've done frankins before, but they raised their prices. I'm not paying $100 per head for bbq, I don't care if it's Franklin's.

We've also done Brazilian steakhouse events, but trying to do something a little more "austin." Any suggestions?

Damn good food and a lot of beer too

I've been to IT presentations at Alamo Mueller (multiple sized theaters).
I went to an event at Truluck's tonight with a projector in a side room--I don't know if it could fit 60 people though.
I know Perry's has a private room downtown as well.

We've had presentations for 60-70 people in the north room of Scholz's. It was pretty good, but I think they did a reduced menu for that large of a group. Maybe 4-5 options.

We had that large of a group at County Line off bee caves. It's County Line, I know, but if you are looking for that stereotypical Austin BBQ theme, it might work for you.
