Is it just me or does Round Rock suck at managing construction projects, road widening/ re-pavement in particular. I mean for the past three years it has felt like half the roads in down town were being redone and McNeil road leading into downtown has been closed for the past three months with no work done.

Its the state. All the highway project stuff has to be complete before they can start. Plus they do not want people to cut though downtown anymore. That may be one reason.
