She's my rep, but I certainly didn't vote for her.
So where are they going to be playing games next year? No way a stadium is built by March 2019.
I think the goal for a stadium is for 2021. They may have to play at House Park or some other temporary venue. Wife and I generally only watch soccer during World Cups (M & W) and Copa de Oro but we may need to look into season tix also. This is only going to be a 4 mile drive up Burnet for us.
Have they already solved the issues related to them having to offer the team for sale before moving? I heard something about Ohio having a law where the owner had to offer the team for sale before they could move out of state (this was on the radio the other day, so I may have misheard).
Googling MLS, their season runs from March 3 through October 28 and playoffs from Oct 31 - Dec 8. Damn, I thought NBA and NHL were nearly year-round.
You know, if Casar and Adler were both in favor of an MLS team, it makes me question if I should be in favor of it as well...
