I know apartments won't let you have an open flame on your patio, but do you think I could get away with an electric pellet grill? Seems to be a possible grey area. Anyone try this or know for sure?

Wondered this myself. The answer is almost assuredly no. Imagine billowing smoke or even just the smell drifting around a building.
