We're going to replace some flooring and carpet with wood. We will need to replace the wooden handrail and balluster pieces so the wood type and shade will match. This probably needs to be done by a good finish carpenter. Any recs are appreciated.

we used http://ironwoodusa.com/ to remodel our staircase, and it was great. They however did not furnish the person to stain/finish it, but recommended someone. They did a terrible job, so find someone else to do the stain finish.
