I'm looking to play in a basketball league. Does anyone have recommendations. I'm 31, played in high school and work out maybe twice a week. Haven't played in a league for 3 years. I'm not looking for a "beer league," but also don't want a bunch of 18-20 year olds running circles on me.

I play in a league at the Quarries across from the Domain on the west side of Mopac. They have Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday night leagues. Wednesday is a high league but the Thursday night league is a good competitive league which fits what you are looking for. I've also played in the City of Austin rec leagues and they are pretty comparable but the facilities aren't as nice. Check out quarriesrec.org for more info.
