One side of my family has a big 3-4 day reunion every year. We usually go to 7A Resort in Wimberley, but due to raising prices we have sought out a different venue this year. I'm asking for any insight on other locations that could accommodate a big family with a meeting area of some sort. We normally have about 100 people attend. Looking for something that would house everyone somewhat close to each other. At 7A, we stayed in two lodges with 10 rooms each, and two queen bed in every room. Need decent kitchen/meal prep area. Also would like somewhere with some kind of access to a river/lake.

We have an annual workshop every year with about 100 people. We have stayed at the Mayan Dude Ranch in Bandera many times, Camp Allen in Navasota, MO Ranch in Hunt, and Canyon of the Eagles at Lake Buchanan.

Last time I checked Mayan was pretty dang expensive. Although a lot more to it than 7A in Wimberley.
