Very happy with our recent experience with Richard Craycroft at Hill Country Inspections, he provided a digital PDF with photos and notes that made items really easy to address with the seller.

Nathan West or anyone from TLC Inspectors. We use them/him 40-50 times a year and they are great. Have to put you in touch should he need someone. Your friends realtor may also have a good recommendation.
