My wife and I are building a home in Circle C. We are looking for a good recommendation on home inspectors. I want to do a pre-pour foundation inspection, pre-sheet rock inspection, and a final inspection.

one of my best friends sells for a production builder. he suggested it. i figure the amount of money we are spending on this house, paying for a couple of extra inspections along the way is cheap insurance.

Just a thought, but you might be able to get another contractor to come do a quality inspection for you.

I just texted my guy to see if he still does this. If so, he's the absolute best.

I highly recommend Fightin' Texas Aggie Cecil Brooks. He has done three inspections for us, and we've been very satisfied with his professionalism and pricing. Very thorough.
