Just went there for lunch. Brisket patty melt was legit. Can't wait to go back to try the baked potato and Frito pie. With coupon the meal of sandwich fries and tea was just under two dollars. Thanks for the hook up!

Tried this place last weekend. The food was really good, but the drinks were pretty pricey (starting at $4.50 for a PBR). Has a fantastic rooftop bar and patio -- would be a great place to grab a drink if the weather is nice.

My BIL is the head chef. His dad, uncle, two sisters and BIL are all Aggies.

My BIL designed the entire menu. Great food and a cool location.

Just got back. Food was great, pricing was a little on the high side, but expected due to the location. Will definitely be back, especially on nice days for the roof top seating.

We checked it out for a friends bday & loved it! Brisket & creamed corn were my favorites! It is pricy but then again all bbq can be pricy.

Tried it again last night. Ordered the baked potato only to find out that they were out of potatos. Went with the Mac and cheese with brisket on top. It was good, but not great. The cheese sauce wasn't that great imho. But the meat was fantastic.

Service was excellent.

wife and i went to EastSide on Saturday afternoon. perfect day to be up on the roof. had a sliced brisket sandwich and was very impressed.

How crowded is it inside on weekends during the day? Was hoping to sit for a few hours and drink beer and watch sports. Good place for that or more of a place where people eat then leave?

Good for them. Maybe I eat too early, but the 3 times I've been it's been pretty sparse.

I was at the office at 5:30 Thursday morning, so I drug everyone over there at 11 and there were maybe 6 guys in front of us. Saw maybe 30 people come by the time we left around 11:45.

I think their pricing is a bit on the high side, but I'll continue to stop by once a month or so.

Especially when the hammered fat girls at the bar are literally screaming. I'll give it another go and see if it's better. Pulled rib sammich was legit.
