Probably cost you $40 in parts and a 10 minute youtube video

True, just have a few too many projects / repairs underway....

Good Luck. Was in a similar situation a few years ago. No company I talked to would cross the Brazos river during spring and summer months. I ended up repairing it myself.

After the fact I was told that ABC home/commercial services in CS was only company that would come out this way.
