I just read that construction is going to start on Texas Avenue and head north to HWY 21. Is there a site that I can see what the medians will look like down Texas Avenue?

Good. It seems few drivers in this town can handle left turns safely.

Unless there's signage that states no U-turns, they are legal.maroon barchetta said:boredatwork08 said:turfman80 said:

Which "row" all three on Texas Ave? This is why it is not safe...woodiewood1 said:Unless there's signage that states no U-turns, they are legal.maroon barchetta said:boredatwork08 said:turfman80 said:

As far as safety goes, cars that want to make a right on red turn, need to realize that the U-turn car which has a green light, has the ROW. Not really too difficult to manage traffic flow.

I remember wen College Station put them in businesses said it would effect them. Wonder how many in Bryan will say the same.

The medians are good for people who like to speed, though. They make it almost impossible for a cop driving or sitting stationary facing the opposite direction (which is how cops usually catch speeders) to get turned around on the speeder.
CS needs to not put medians on Wellborn, if only to allow UPD and CSPD to more readily get at drunks driving on that road leaving Northgate.

Wellborn is an FM road. CoCS shouldn't be able to do anything to it.
Not hard... exit to Dominik, turn right, turn right, left on Harvey at the PROTECTED LIGHT.Bad Poster said:tb9665 said:

I know for sure I go to total wine now instead of the specs on harvey just because of the medians they put on harvey there at the entrance/exit. Pain in the ass to get out of that parking lot now if I need to go east
And Wellborn being an FM hasn't stopped the city from building medians on it between 2818 and Fitch.Rearview said:That's... not how this works...maroon barchetta said:Smeghead4761 said:
