I am planning to purchase a home in Bryan and also plan to construct an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) in the backyard. I am in need of licensed contractors to do the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) work. Does anyone have any recommendations for quality and dependable MEP contractors?

IF this is just a casita and it is residential, it can be built by any home building contractor with out and engineer.
