Looking for recommendations for a small business attorney (or other people/resources that can assist with the following).

Essentially, we have two small businesses in similar industries that have had an informal/handshake partnership for many years, but we are wanting to formally merge them. Need help in drawing up the agreements and thinking through all the considerations that will go along with this merger.

Any recommendations are greatly appreciated.
