He served the whole seven years because of repeated disciplinary infractions in prison, the nature of his offense and the fact that his probation was revoked. He was incarcerated from January 2015 to January 2022.

https://wtaw.com/college-station-man-who-did-prison-time-for-setting-fire-to-his-grandparents-home-arrested-for-threatening-to-do-it-again/

He pled guilty to making a terroristic threat and was sentenced to 250 days (out of a maximum 365) in county jail and served half with good behavior. After his release, he was arrested again for making a terroristic threat for threatening to assault one of his relatives with a metal pipe, and while in jail on that charge, he threw urine on a jail guard and now faces two to twenty years in prison. He's already been charged three times since he got out of prison in January and has been incarcerated since September 7th (the urine incident happened on October 17th).

Seems like a missed opportunity for the headline "Urine Trouble"

Yeah, he's in big urine trouble, especially with his prior arson conviction and his recent terroristic threats so soon after his release from prison. His prior prison sentence for the arson increased the maximum penalty for the new charge from ten to twenty years.

His original sentence for the arson (he was facing up to 99 years before pleading guilty): DEF PLACED ON 10 YEARS PROBATION, WITH SAFPF (Substance Abuse Felony Punishment Facility) ACOP (as condition of probation); MENTAL HEALTH CASELOAD UPON RETURN FROM SAFPF; SUBSTANCE ABUSE CONDITIONS; DEF TO PAY COURT COSTS, ATTY FEES AND FINE

Confinement to Commence: 10/28/2015

10 Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Texas Department of Criminal Justice

TX CSCD and Community Service

CSCD 10 Years 0 Month 0 Day with Community Service of 200 Hours

He was in jail for nine months before pleading guilty and he was still in SAFPF when the motion to revoke his probation was filed because he refused to participate in substance abuse treatment (he was supposed to be there for approximately nine months).

Yeah, that's his mugshot for arson from January 2015. I know one of his relatives and he said that the reason he set the fire was because he got mad at his grandparents for something that was a simple problem with a simple solution and that he's the black sheep of the family, which explains why he never gets bailed out even though his bonds were always set at relatively low amounts ($10,000 for the arson charge and $12,000 total for his current charges of making a terroristic threat against a family member ($4,000) and throwing urine on the jail guard ($8,000)). He was fortunate to be offered probation, but then he was an idiot and got his probation revoked.

This is his most recent mugshot. He looks like Grumpy the Dwarf in the one that was previously posted and he looks like Sleepy in this one.

Does anybody here think he deserves the maximum twenty years? I think he should get two to four years, but twenty seems excessive to me for throwing urine on a guard unless he had an STD (he'll probably take a plea deal for two or three years). He's eligible for probation, but it's highly unlikely he'll get it because of his record.

Three of his other angry mugshots and one where he looks kind of sad:

That was after he was arrested for setting his grandparents' house on fire in January 2015. He kind of looks like Syndrome from The Incredibles.

Buddy?

Syndrome/Buddy Pine/Incrediboy is way smarter than this guy, cause he invented a bunch of technology, and this guy is dumb enough to throw urine on a guard less than nine months after being released from prison for arson. At least he's not dumb enough to commit arson again, like another guy from Brazos County that got 28 years for his second arson conviction (Ronnie Guyton, the Syndrome guy, got 250 days for threatening to burn down his grandparents' house again less than a month after getting out of prison, but he's not dumb enough to actually do it again).

Also, it wouldn't make sense to make a new post just to say this, so I'll leave it here: We didn't start the fire, it was Ronnie Guyton who committed arson, we didn't start the fire, no, we didn't light it, Ronnie tried to fight it (he originally told the police he accidentally started the fire and tried to put it out, before confessing to doing it on purpose)

Dude has obvious mental problems. Probably needs to be in an institution or on serious meds at the very least. Doesn't seem like the type of guy that will get his life right at some point , "get it" , and be a productive well behaved member of society.

If he didn't get his probation revoked for the arson conviction, he would have been supervised on a mental health caseload from September 2016 (when he was supposed to be released from the substance abuse facility) to October 2025, and when he was in prison, he was in a psychiatric unit.
lethalninja
How long do you want to ignore this user?
He was released from jail yesterday on a $12,000 bond (he needed to pay a bondsman ten percent, and he was incarcerated since September 7th) and his arraignment (where he will be formally notified of the charges against him and enter a plea of guilty or not guilty, but most likely the latter) is scheduled for January 4th. He's facing two to twenty years in prison.

He got arrested again. This is the fourth time he's been in trouble since he got out of prison in January 2022. He's being held on $27,000 bond

Remind me…

He set fire to one of those dome houses on Straub and also once had the sheriff out there for brandishing a weapon?

Same guy?

He set his grandparents' house on fire in January 2015, so it's a different guy.

The jail records also show that he's being held on $10,000 bond for an aggravated assault with a deadly weapon charge out of Travis County, so his total bond amount is $37,000. He's been in jail since May 31st, and he's facing up to 99 years (the same amount of time he was facing for the arson). He's been in trouble five times since he got out of prison last January.
lethalninja
How long do you want to ignore this user?
On June 16th, he threw bodily fluids on a jail guard (it doesn't say if it was urine or something else), on June 18th, he threatened a guard, and on June 27th, he threw bodily fluids on another inmate or a visitor, so that's three new felonies. His bond amount is now $170,000 and he's been in trouble eight times since he got out of prison less than a year and a half ago.
lethalninja
How long do you want to ignore this user?
He admitted to all six of his Brazos County charges on Wednesday and got six years in prison (he was facing up to twenty years for those charges). His aggravated assault with a deadly weapon charge from Travis County is still pending and he's facing up to 99 years for that charge.
