I own a place in Bryan. Kids will graduate soon. Is anyone here currently renting out a place in BCS? I'm curious if it's worth it - I would need some kind of service to handle turnover (cleaning, lawn service, rentals, etc) so that's the biggest issue. Looking for any recs on local rental management companies that do that.

My place is walkable to campus and could do ok just for game weekends, parents weekends, graduation, etc. just not sure how the numbers all play out.

My wife and I are interested in a short term lease.

I'm about a year out. Still got to get my last one graduated. Trying to figure out what to do with the place after that.

We have a place and for the last two years it has been really good. We do VRBO.
