With these zoning changes just last week, there is already a new development proposed for the area. This development will be called Oak Creek Ranch. Proposed preliminary plan for two multi family lots, on 53.87 acres out of the T. J. Wooten Survey, located on the eastern frontage road of Riverside Parkway, located west of Jones road near its intersection of West Villa Maria Road.

I wonder what type of development the above mentioned will be? The city wants high dense housing so I'm hoping high or midrise.
Does anyone have any inside info on any other proposals (new neighborhoods, retail, commercial, etc) for this area?
