I don't own a plane so looking for anyone with a plane interested in partnering or someone/group interested in purchasing a plane. Probably C172, Piper Comanche or similar.

Thanks. Little too far out /wrong direction for my needs.

And no fuel on field. Maybe check out Hearne. Fuel on field and a good pilot community. Your best bets are CFD and 60R imho. Personally I like having very short meetings in my ownership group. Need help if there is conflict for sure. Aircraft prices are crazy these days.

Thanks and agree. We've only been back in the area for a short while so still trying to meet folks. Met a group at CFD. Prices are crazy hence the desire for fractional ownership.

I'm looking to get my pilot's certificate, and may be considering fractional ownership. I'm local. Going to take a while to get my cert though.

With these prices, fractional ownership of a car might make sense!

With baby number 3 on the way I don't think there is any realistic expectation on my part or else I would definitely be interested. I have been wanting to get my instrument rating and would have the opportunity to fly multiple times per month for work.

I need to see what cost would look like.
