Cornerstone Honey Bees on Wallis usually has some on the porch for sale (it's their personal residence)

Producer's Co-Op carries R Weaver (Navasota) honey on their shelves as well.

Weavers honey isn't local... unless you consider a 300 mile radius 'local'...

Mine is from within 5 miles of where you live...... usually...

Im waiting for the summer to get over to see if im going to harvest any... I've got a BUNCH of new hives and I might wind up giving it all to them so they can survive the winter...

Hope to have 60 or more hives by winter...

But I got a few friends I can hit up to see if they have any...

I think I've already decided that I won't be taking any this year for that reason. I've only got two hives, but it's looking like it'll be best for them to keep their work this year. The heat has been rough.

I did a last round of grafts early June but made up the nucs a few days before.. but after I finished making the grafts I checked the nucs and about half of them had thrown out all their larvae and pupae and abandoned the boxes... not sure if it was too hot or if I didnt give them enough food... even though they had stores and external feeders.... shrug..

but ive been checking and noticed quite a few hives with marked queens and zero eggs or larvae... I've seen the queen but she's quit laying.. sometimes if I put in some fresh 1;1 she starts laying again... it might just be too hot for the larvae to even survive...
