I'm sure use of Reed for high school grad ceremonies is not free.. maybe it's to offset the cost.
Not sure what is now, but it used to cost high schools $30,000 or so to rent Reed for a graduation.
People pay big money to park in those lots for A&M games. It's $5.I probably have that in my couch cushions or center console. Carpool it if it's too rich for your blood.

Maybe he misread the OP and thought it meant consol was free parking.
My GF actually has a parking pass for lot 97, but I'd burn more than $5 worth of gas driving to her place to swap out vehicles. (I can't just add my plate to her permit, since I already have a permit for another lot.)

Usually a pass for any lot will work on the weekend at Reed. Just need to print out the barcode.
