I have a buddy in Paris, TX who just had the music man, er, solar panel man do a sit down with him. Here's what he was told:
"Just completed the solar panal sales pitch meeting...
Would install 13.9kW system that would cover 110% of my current average use (37 panels, 350-370W each over approximately 445 sq feet) for $55K, less federal allowance of $14430, leaving $41070 financed over 25-yrs at $172-215/mo depending on credit. Monthly payment includes all equipment, install labor and warranty 'for 25-years', including 'roof penetration'. Hailstorm damage, lightening, etc would be under home owners ins."
This is on a home with a current average bill of $260.
"What's this button do?"
