SoCo light flicker definitely is big news. NoCo or MidToCo you expect some sketchy power but in SoCo or EaCo that's big news.

WeCo has flickers on the daily because of the construction I imagine. No big deal over there.

Now, SoWeCo, that's wild untamed territory and I can't say what's happening over there.

There have been numerous outages in the past several years in south college station. That substation near Caprock is a frequent culprit. I've got friends in Pebble Creek that have complained about it.
