Kind of a random question, but I wanted to seek the wise counsel of the Aggieland board. A friend had the idea of planning a Valentine's meal with a few couples at one of our houses prepared by a chef. We are kind of striking out so far with the contacts that we have.

Is this even a thing? Does anyone know of someone in the catering or restaurant business who would be willing to do such a thing? Contact information would obviously be appreciated as well.

Thanks,

She is awesome and have been using her for a long time. She can do the entire thing turn key like a catered event. She can also prep everything and you just heat it up. There is usually a menu of the week. You have to put your order in by a certain day.

Similarly, for a lot of special occasions she has a holiday menu and you pick from a list. For example, Choose 1 of 3 entre choices, choose sides off a list , etc. Everything is homemade and awesome. She works with dietary restrictions - vegan - gluten free, etc. I will be picking up a Vietnamese Caramelized Pork Bowl - large enough to feed the entire family, with sides and dessert tomorrow.

Choosing from the menu is the most affordable route versus catering or being a personal chef in your home. Hopefully it is not too late to get in on valentines and hopefully the menu is something you really want. It is definitely worth a look.
