Rumor has it there is good news coming in the similar case filed by Texas as well.
I don't know about TAMUS as a whole, but my little piece of it got word about a half hour ago that plans to comply with the federal contractor's mandate have been placed on hold.
We haven't officially heard anything one way or the other on our side yet. I can't say I'm shocked, though.
The signs on the doors to TAMU buildings have been updated and the signs referencing the federal mandate have been removed.

Email sent out to system office earlier confirming no longer following mandate or masking requirements in Moore-Connally Building. Indicated that might change as gov may challenge injunction so stay tuned.
A similar email regarding the injunction was sent to an agency and one of the colleges.
Signage in the building I frequent has changed. Same number of people wearing masks, though. Dont think the signs helped much or anyone cared.
Mask train is ending. Tiny percentage of people wear, and that is fine by me.
What we are seeing now is that COVID-19 infections has more (or just about a much) to do with the season than other factors.
