I'm glad someone is bringing it.
I had hopes that it would be us but I couldn't swing the $100million buildout.
We are going to keep working through the rural areas connecting those areas with high speed fiber going forward.

Reviews show that it doesn't seem like much of an improvement from Suddenlink as far as customer service but maybe some competition will make all parties straighten up and fly right!

Frontier fiber is coming through woodcreek heading to midtown I asked one of the frontier guys he said it will be 1gig for 40 a month
cant wait to tell suddenlink to suck it. this is grand news.

Did Bryan just get approved by voters for the city to offer high speed internet? If so kudos to them for working with a private company to do this instead of choosing to hold it for themselves.

The WTAW story actually quoted a guy who said something to the effect of "special emphasis on 'underserved' areas..."
If it's the entire Bryan City Limits then technically it will be in College Station as well. Parts of Bryan City Limits have a College Station address.
I think they said something like 90% of Bryan will be covered
Could someone point me to the actual agreement between Bryan and MetroNet/CMN-RUS? I am having trouble finding it on Bryan's website.
