Does anyone remember when Bob had his Italian restaurant on Dominik near the Jersey intersection (now GBush)?

I looked into the Dominik buildings chronology a while back and I don't remember any Italian restaurant being there.
Approximately when and can you give a few more details as to where near that intersection?
Maybe ask Bob Santini?

Bob did some work on our roof after Harvey in 2017 and we talked about a bunch of stuff. I remember him mentioning that he had a restaurant once.
Wow. That is one hard working man and I am not for sure he still gets on the roof but gosh when I started in my business July 5 , 1991. I would run i to him all the time in furrows and now o so often in home depot

I talked to Bob yesterday about but failed to ask when he had it there. It was almost to the corner. He has put roofs on three of my houses.
Wasn't Santini's on Texas on the old Norton's location?

Bob still gets on roofs and installs. Runs circles around the younger guys on his crew.
He's worked on my roof...a great guy. Had no idea he had a restaurant.

Yes, Bob Santini had a delivery pizza place on Dominik in the mid 1980's. He had a coupon called a "Santini Buck". I'll have to check some boxes, but I might actually still have one.
Knowing Bob, it was an honest deal delivered with a smile. Great man.
