I see they are limiting ticket sales and not selling any at the door. How are crowds? Masks required?

Will let you know...going there Saturday
We went 2 Saturdays ago. I would say it's 75% of it's former self. Less music and shows it seemed. The fire show at dusk was pretty cool and the fireworks were awesome as always. People were wearing masks when in tight quarters other than that very few people wearing masks.
It was fun. Slightly diminished but hey at least it's open and functioning.

We've had a great time as always. Food, beverages and fun had by all. We'll be back again this weekend. Pirate Weekend is the best
We went last Saturday... got there at 9:15 .. Everyone had on a mask. By noon almost no one had on a mask except Rennfest workers/vendors. When we left at 1:00ish (got home in time to yell for the Ags!) it looked as crowded as usual to us. Most folks walking with a beer in one hand and a mask in the other. We wore our masks the whole time except to eat or drink and didn't find it to be a big deal. Saxon Moon was a fun music/fire show. The Sea Devil where we usually hang out was very empty and quiet. : ( The egg rolls at the Golden dragon were awesome as always.
What was traffic like on 105 in Plantersville on Saturday? Since the lane changes last week to the newly built intersection, there is no right turn lane like was 'kind of' available in the past. I heard that east bound traffic during the week was backed up to the Dollar General.
Renfest was great! Good crowds, mask or no mask, good times had by all!

Opening weekend was pretty slow, sounds like they're picking up a little. Masks are worn in shops and close quarters. You can see a few scattered shops who didn't come back this year and are closed. Otherwise it's mostly the same.
Maybe by the time Sherwood Forest comes around the virus issues will have died down a bit.
