Wanting to get around 6-8 feet of old fire hose. Anyone in the know on where to find in the Brazos county area?

I would just go to your nearest firehouse, I'm sure they have something laying around and likely wouldn't mind giving some to you.

I would also call a few of the rural fire departments in the area as they all have a number of pumper trucks that they keep the rigging in good condition. Also, call the Texas Forest Service headquarters here in CS and see if they have some laying around at the fire control maintenance shop in Hudson or at the few dozen district office around Texas. You may have to go there to get it.
