People are lining up along the east side of Texas Ave like they're waiting for something. Mostly American flags and some Trump signs.

I hope those flags and signs make good umbrellas.
Huge turnout. KBTX had to reassign their covid fear porn team to go check it out. Getting repotlrts of close to 1000 turned out.
Must have been a big celebration. I heard all of the honking from my house while I was grilling & I live approx 1 mile from Texas Ave.
My Democratic elderly neighbor even came out of his basement to ask what all the hullaballoo was about (and no, his name isn't Joe). ;-)
Thank goodness that the light rain held out until the Q was finished cooking.

I saw the remnants of the parade. One women with an American flag, someone hauling down Texas in a pickup with a giant Trump banner, and the BLM kids rallying on the corner of Texas and Southwest Parkway.
Is there another parade like this coming again?
