Saw on the twitters that Lake Bryan is now open, but no mention of the Hook restaurant. Any ideas if/when they will open?

I thought they permanently closed long before the pandemic? Am I thinking about another place there (bar?).

The family who leased the building and ran The Hook last year exercised their cancellation earlier this year, and the pandemic has cooled interest from new lessees. However, in the past week, BTU has had a couple of inquiries about the building. This is a tough time for established restaurants, so people are rightfully cautious about taking on a new venture at this time.
