Have a friend who will be going for orientation with her child and they are doing everything for orientation online and virtual.

She never got to visit before and now they are not doing tours either.

Wondering if a student - maybe one who does campus tours - would be willing to meet outside with masks, etc. and give a walking campus tour like the university ones?

I think her date is right around June 10 but do not know exact date yet.

I'm not a student, but I wouldn't mind doing it if they can't find anyone else.

A recorded walking tour, sounds like a good student project.

Make sure whom ever does the tours covers all the haunted spots on campus...

Outdoor tour should be ok, but buildings will be closed till Aug.

They are coming up this Thursday and Friday so I wanted to see if this was possible and put your child in touch with them.

She said that A&M does not want anyone on campus and that the tour guides were told specifically do not even tell people they can tour on their own. It was a very Adamant "Noooooo!"

That is silly.

Folks are over campus walking around and taking photos.

I'm assuming it just meant that those employed tour guides can't do it for someone and can't tell people to do it themselves.

People can do whatever they want I'm sure.
