Piggy-backing... Are interest rates going to actually drop? We're currently in 2.88 percent for the mortgage, so I'm wondering if I'll ever beat that rate?

Rates dropped, then jumped up because of the demand. Waiting a bit for them to drop back down is what I've been reading from the experts on the real estate board. Refinancing from a 2.88% wouldn't make sense I don't believe
