So Nebraska doesn't have a single case, or do they just not report them?

They stopped reporting county cases and deaths in May. However, the numbers are still available. Let me find a link.

All white = 0 / 100,000
Scary black = 100 / 100,000 = 10 / 10,000 = 1 / 1000

So Scary Black has one more case per thousand than all white.

Not so scary.

yes. look for a media freak out at the end of the month.

regardless of the rate, there will be a big jump in the aggregate as A&M just announced mandatory student, faculty, and staff testing between last week in AUG and first week in Sept.

there will be a spike. hysteria will ensure.

I can find that information for other areas but no, the bchd doesn't think it's info we need.

For instance, here's yesterday's numbers from region O (Austin)

see, this, again, is helpful info.

question - are there no other pediatric patients other than Seton , or are the others not reporting.

question - what qualifies as pediatric? < 18 yrs?

It's the Seton system as a whole which includes Dell Children's. I would assume they are trying to keep all the pediatric patients there.

It's typically 14 and under for trauma guidelines. I'm not entirely sure for medical.

With TAMU now requiring mandatory testing, trying to imagine what a cluster it will be when 70000+ people try to get tested in the window provided.

I tried to register for a test and they did not have any slots except for the next few day.

I suspect they will open up the huge drive-thru by the GB Library.

i think that window is only for staff and faculty

Students likely spread out and random so not 70K all at once

Incorrect. Students are in the window also.

so - if 70k test between 23 AUG and 10 SEP, we can expect around 4200 cases over 2.5 weeks.

not to mention, there will be some asymptomatic folks who pop hot that otherwise would not have been tested, so figure, what, 4500 cases?

folks are going to wet their pants.....
cavscout96
How long do you want to ignore this user?
AG
I guess another way to look at it is, many of the the 70k will be asymptomatic anyway and wouldn't be in that 6% category so it might just be the 300 or so add'll asym. folks.

regardless, it's going to be a fun "news" cycle.

My guess is frequent and spontaneous urination will only occur if the hospital networks get overwhelmed. I haven't talked to the folks at my clinic about it but I'm guessing they are at least talking about handling a surge.
