Seems this week its been a house fire a day, probably none of them are related but just seemed odd.

We live on a ranch a bit outside of town towards Montgomery. Had a fire about 3 years ago. Bad electrical wiring in the original part of the house (30 years old). Smoke detector caught it early where I could still get to it with a fire extinguisher.

Always make sure your smoke detectors provide good coverage and are in working order.
