Sounds nice but the New Orleans ones are liquor based and the model is built on taking them to go. Can't take liquor to go in Texas, it's illegal. They would have to change those famous recipes to wine based or they won't be able to have a drive through or walk off premise business model. Just sayin

I thought that was why they put saran wrap over the top so its now a "sealed" container.

Hat Creek is a one time burger experience. Their price point for the quality they offer isn't good value.

The sealed container only guards against the open container law. It also only applies to premises with a beer and wine permit I.e. wine based daiquiris. Premises that have a mixed beverage permit ie hard alcohol daiquiris cannot allow any alcoholic beverage to enter or leave the premise. This is an extremely long standing, well known law that is highly unlikely to be overturned in this conservative state.
