I'm with you - I miss the pad thai from Thai Taste (and the shrimp delight) and have never found anything that even comes close. Jin's was pretty good, I have to say!
Bangkok Thai kitchen does a good job
Wokamole is probably my favorite. It's different than everywhere else in town.
I also like Kluay Kluay.

Tried the chicken pad thai at Pin Toh Thai Cafe today. Very good! I mixed in all of the spices that were served on the side. Wow, nice heat!
555 grill is ok,,.. weird place though.. styrofoam cups and just water to drink that I could tell...
Kluay Kluay is our goto place for pad Thai... My kids hate the place cause its not McDonalds... they call it the banana store... Former owners opened up another place by the Walmart on west side of town on briarchrest..
