My parents buy from there all the time - they keep telling me of bad service, mess ups on the order, and the cashier asking for tips in the tip jar multiple times in the same transaction - and this is for PICKUP. And, it's at that same location.

I usually get my pizza someplace else because I don't live in that part of town. But after I hear their repeated complaints - I am not surprised to see the other comments

15% unless they are better than normal. I also order DD or go pick up Rx.

Flat $5 regardless of order total.
