KHOU isn't on Suddenlink. That's the Houston CBS station.
Anyone been having internet issues with suddenlink? My cable box with the built in WiFi for the house just resets every 10-15 minutes. TV has been glitching for the past week. Currently on hold for going on an hour and 15 minutes. Online chat refreshed just as we were getting somewhere and I lost the convo.
They want to charge me $60 just to come out to look at their equipment that's messed up.

Our cable box was doing the same thing a few months ago. Took it in and swapped it for a newer one, and no more reset issues.
