Anyone have a recommendation for someone to replace laminate counters in a rental property? Called a few folks and everyone wants to steer me towards granite and I just don't think I would see the return on investment. Thanks in advance.

By the time you pay for removal and installation you will be approaching lower level granite cost. That is why hardly anyone installs it anymore due to lack of demand.

Thanks for the info JP. The unit needs about 55 sq ft between the kitchen and 2 bathrooms. I had been looking at the pre-made counters at lowes/HD but they didn't have them in the sizes I needed. I will probably end up going with level 1 granite. Thanks again
