We have an employee who just got accepted to the Environmental Engineering department and will be enrolling in the fall. Good kid who has been paying his way through community college (ACC) but doesn't have any real leads on housing in B/CS at this time.

There was a time I was familiar with all the options, resources.
Times have changed, thankfully I've not needed to keep up.

Suggest he contact the housing office. They assist with both on and off campus resources.

I used Aggieland Apartment Finders in the past to help find students a place to live. They are free and do all of the leg work once they know the price range, location, size, etc...

Edit: I'm not affiliated with them, I've just always had a good experience when using them.
