Does anyone have recommendations for a decent but reasonably priced place to store a small sailboat on a trailer? About 10 years ago my brother offered to let me keep it at his place for a couple of weeks. I think it's time to find somewhere more permanent. I'd hate to overstay my welcome.

Lock and Roll by Sam's is asking for $75/mo. It's a Hobie 16 on a trailer, so probably 25 or so foot of overall length is required.

If you don't mind a bit of a drive, Lake Somerville Boat & RV Storage is great.

There is a storage lot behind United realty on graham road. It is managed by them. My 17' boat was $35 per month.

Lock and roll may or may not still have your boat after a couple of weeks. For $79, you can store at Morningstar in College Station and park it on the crushed remnants of old Kyle Field.
