Just look at who is driving this, all former members of the College Station Silly Council. I knew this was going to be a problem when Berry and Aldrich were elected to the commissioners court. All of them are tax your way out of a situation politicians not a avoid overextending your self so you don't have to tax more types.
Probably time to call Duane Peters and let him know you don't think Mayor Moonbeam, Berry & Aldrich solution is the right way to go.

Berry still has her sights on an east Brazos County loop, near the Navasota River, which would require condemnation. Sounds like this plan of theirs needs to be put to the county voters.
