I'm looking for recommendation to fix some drainage issues in my back yard. We live in a new neighborhood, and my next door neighbor built up his yard for a pool and the slope runs into my back yard.

Any recommendations for addressing this and additional landscaping is greatly appreciated.

House is in College Station Lick Creek subdivision.

Working through the same issue too. I've contacted many vendors locally but no definitive solution yet.
