Just about at the end of the rope trying to deal with Suddenlink customer service...just to get service restored. Tech was finally out and determined the pedestal needs to be replaced...and then left...no ticket, no contact..zero, zilch. Trying to call and find out when or even IF the repair is even scheduled - complete fiasco. This has just gotten way way WAY out of hand. TIA for any good contact numbers or emails.

I've always just asked for retention. They are generally the folks who can do the most for you for obvious reasons.
